With this mod installed, I'm now able to load saves right before completing quests and get the achievements. Didn't enter any commands, but no achievements for any saves after that. My best guess is that I accidentally pressed the tilde key (~) and opened the command console. I was playing without mods, but for some reason Skyrim SE was no longer granting achievements.
Just wanted to say this mod saved me hours of game play to get my achievements.
